The Intersection of Social Innovation with Culture, Viticulture, and Gastronomy

Kapadokya University (KÜN) and Koç University Social Impact Forum (KÜSİF), in collaboration with 3dots, Alethina, and the Meral-Metin Molu Foundation, hosted a panel discussion and talk titled “The Intersection of Social Innovation with Culture, Viticulture, and Gastronomy,” in which our center participated.

The event was organized by our university’s Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Application and Research Center, with the support of our center. Academic and industry stakeholders came together to discuss innovative collaborations in the areas of social impact ecosystem, cultural heritage, viticulture, and gastronomy.

The panel addressed the intersections of social innovation with culture and gastronomy, the sustainability of local viticulture practices, the transmission of cultural values through gastronomy, and innovative collaboration models. The event, moderated by KÜSİF Director Gonca Ongun, featured speakers Agata Fortuna (KÜSİF), Çağıl Özdemir (3dots), Can Atacık (Alethina), and Şükran Ünser (KAM).
